Cruising: Making Waves and Sense

Wednesday, May 27 • 7 p.m.

Whether you’ve never cruised before or are seeking helpful hints for future cruises, this program is for you! David Kriso will discuss the key points to having a successful cruise vacation from start to end. Topics will include embarkation/disembarkation, what to/not to pack in your luggage, on board charge accounts, passenger safety, on board dining, and on board shopping. Registration is required.

David Kriso is a published travel writer, long-time cruiser and a six-year veteran of the Bayonne and Manhattan cruise terminal staff.

The summer program kicks off on Thursday, June 18th at 6 pm with a program for the entire family– Comedian & Juggler “Jester Jim”.

“Every Hero has a Story,” for students in grades 2–5, is designed to encourage the joy of reading through activities, games, incentives and a summer full of special programs. Younger siblings ages 3 yrs.–1st. grade can join in the fun too, with the Library’s “Read to Me” portion of the program. “Unmask” is a reading club with programs just for teens in grades 6 and up.
