The David Linden House
In memory of David Linden, his family has donated the funds to build a learning experience for the children of Upper Saddle River. This wonderful new playhouse will give our young children many years of enjoyment. A place to read or be read to, a place to play, a place to pretend. No Adults please, unless of course you can get in the door. Thank you to the Linden family for this wonderful addition to the Library’s children’s area. Enjoying the playhouse are, left to right, Michael Florio, Matthew Florio, Victor, and Mary Florio.

YA Solarium

The Young Adult (teen) Solarium Ribbon Cutting
The Friends of the Upper Saddle River Library have completed yet another wonderful project for the community. The Solarium is a wonderful place for our teens to use the computers, read, study, work on group projects and hang out. The addition also includes a small room for quiet study, group projects, teen book discussion groups, ESL Tutoring, and small meetings that have been scheduled in advance. Thank-you, Friends of the USR Library for your wonderful hard work, contributions to the Library and to the community.
