Library Policies and Fees

Library Cards are free to all residents of residents of Upper Saddle River. As a resident of USR we would be delighted to issue you a library card. We do need the following identification, drivers license with a Upper Saddle River address or: a 2nd form of ID with your name and a tax bill, car registration, or deed/lease.

The fee for non-resident membership is $450.00 per year. Woodcliff Lake Residents pay $250 out of pocket, the balance of $200 is billed to Township of Woodcliff Lake.

All other Films and DVDs	7 Days, No Fee	$1.00 per day overdue
Non-Fiction DVDs	7 Days, No Fee	$1.00 per day overdue
Printing from USR Library Computers - 10 cents per sheet. Bounced Checks - Fee Charged by Bank

Snow Emergency Policy
Please remember to call the library to see if
we have opened or will be closing early due to inclement weather. If the Upper Saddle River
schools close during the school day due to weather, the Upper Saddle River Library will close at the same time. Children may not be sent to the library.
