Be Creative at the Library! Summer Reading - June 25 - Aug. 6th. In-person registration for the 2009 “Be Creative @ Your Library” summer reading clubs begins after the Kick-off Party on June 25th. Receive a Summer Reading Kit with information, rules, suggested reading lists and a gift when you register! Children's programs are open to USR cardholders only.

For Grade K–3 & their families

Join Beth & Scott for a fun, interactive and enriching program for children of all ages! Full of humorous story-songs as well as opportunities to jump, clap, sing and dance. (Children in Grades 4–5 will be invited to a party on August 4 at 6:30pm with Magician Terry Parrett.) The Summer Reading program raffle will be limited to children who completed the minimum required reading.

Digeridoo Down Under

Didgeridoos are an amazing Aboriginal instrument from the land down under! Learn about didgeridoos and touch Aboriginal artifacts such as boomerangs, bull roarers and clap sticks. Join in and participate in an interactive music and dance session. A fun time for the entire family.
